The house welcomes you with an open living plan, two walls with landscape sized windows overlooking the valley and beautiful mountains on the opposite side. The kitchen has a cozy little pantry, and it is furbished with contemporary items such as a big oven and an induction cooker.
Between the kitchen and the dining area you will find a convenient door to the patio area where you'll be able to taste an open air meal by the garden side and with a view on the beautiful Italian mountains. The ground floor also features two bathrooms, one inside the house and one on the outside for the summertime. The property also features an outdoor summer kitchen, perfect for all of your barbecue needs with friends. In the cold season, the patio can be closed with sliding glass walls.
On the first floor you'll find the bedrooms. The master bedroom was built to enjoy the view even from the bed. The bed is slightly raised and the balcony is slightly lowered so that it won't stand between you and the landscape. The master suite also has room for a small home office and a private bathroom equipped with a shower.
